There is a reason why Zakopane is called a winter capital of Poland – the town is a national centre of winter sports, especially skiing. This relatively small resort, surrounded by snowy peaks of the Tatra Mountains, is famous for its beautiful landscapes, wooden architecture, unique atmosphere and great food. But if you are coming in different time of the year than winter – don’t worry, you cannot be bored here, as there are many footpaths over the mountains which you can take to explore the area.

During the trip with us you can go to the peak of Gubałówka by a cable railway, visit the oldest wooden church in Zakopane and see the ski jumping hill. Don’t miss the walk along the Krupówki, the most famous promenade in Poland, full of restaurants that offer traditional food and stalls with local products where you can buy traditional smoked cheese ‘oscypek’.
The tour to Zakopane is the unique encounter with the authentic culture of local people – Polish mountaineers.
